By downloading, installing, or using PDF Compare: Document Diff App from the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein as well as Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA ).
1. License Grant and Intellectual Property
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Compare on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
All software algorithms, visual interfaces, UI components, code, graphics, and trademarks associated with PDF Compare are the proprietary property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. User Document Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain 100% ownership and full intellectual property rights in and to all documents, PDF files, images, signatures, and stamps processed through the application. Because PDF Compare executes purely on your physical device memory sandbox, the developer claims zero rights, custody, or access to your content.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase a lifetime unlock or renewable subscription via the application:
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through Apple's StoreKit 2 engine.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings on your Apple device.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

PDF Compare is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our difference-detection algorithms are rigorously tested for mathematical precision, users are responsible for conducting independent verification of critical legal, regulatory, or financial contracts prior to execution.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
